Rosey is a one in a million. I only got back into riding just over one year ago after many years out the saddle and she gave me my confidence and taught me more in 12 months than any other horse I've owned. Absolutely no buck, bite, kick, paddock/stable vices.
She is a very versatile girl who's given her all with everything thrown her way. From barrel racing, show jumping, eventing, dressage, trail riding, games and more.
With me she's competed and always come home with a ribbon. She's used as a lead trail horse in our winery tour business. She's great with dogs, sheep, cows, trucks, motorbikes, kangaroos, emus everything. Bombproof in the bush.
She has extremely tough barefeet.
She can be ridden in a halter and is currently competing and pleasure ridden in a loose ring thick rubber Mullen mouth. Soft hands only please! For this reason I'd prefer a rider with a holistic approach to riding.
She's competed at a prelim however is training novice dressage. Competing at 1.10m SJ and 1.40 at home, great scope and very honest.
Rosey is not suitable for beginners as she is sensitive and gets her energy from her leader. She requires a rider not a passenger but once that bond is set she's all yours. She is a TB and has TB moments (nothing crazy)
Rosey is of fine build and a lighter rider would suit her best 70kgs >
Up to date w teeth, feet, worming, she can't be hard tied. But in saying that I've left her tied to the float all day at events without drama.
I'm looking for someone to keep her in work while I concentrate on family (7 months pregnant) She's forward and loves a gallop if you do too but is the safest horse at the same time.
